How do your steaks compare to my local grocery store?

 

Unlike most grocery stores, Prince Premium Steaks are cut only from the finest native Midwest-raised, corn-fed cattle-no dairy breeds, no imports. All our beef is graded U.S.D.A.

Choice or Higher and is aged 14-21 days in our state-of-the-art aging cooler. Our master meat cutters hand-carve and hand trim each steak to 1/8” fat tolerance. These steaks are then hand-wrapped or vacuum –sealed to lock in their natural, buttery flavor and flash frozen to 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

How do you ship my order?

 

Each steak gift box is shipped in a sturdy Styrofoam container inside a protective corrugated carton, along with plenty of dry ice. Depending on the recipient’s address, we select the most expedient shipping method available; to make sure your gift is delivered as quickly as possible.   All other perishable gifts are shipped in the same manner. Non-perishable gifts such as chocolates and dessert items are usually shipped with refrigerant gel paks to help your order arrive in impeccable condition.

 

Does someone have to be home for a gift to be delivered?

 

No. In most cases, at the courier’s discretion, your package will be left at your door. We make sure to pack plenty of dry ice inside the cooler to keep product frozen until the recipient arrives home.  Due to current laws, an adult signature is required for all Wine, Champagne and Cigar Gifts.

 

Can I ship wine or champagne to every state in the U.S.?

 

Due to current laws we are able to ship our wine and champagne gifts to most states.  In certain states where we are not able to deliver alcohol across state lines, we can offer comparable alternative selections that can be hand delivered within that state. Please call for details.

 

Can I ship your food gifts into Canada, Mexico or Europe?

 

Unfortunately due to current customs laws that exist with other countries, we can not ship our foods to Canada, Mexico and Europe. We are able to ship select wine gifts throughout Europe, including Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands and United Kingdom. Can your gifts be personalized?

 
We do offer the inclusion of your personal greeting on every package we sell.  This greeting will appear on the shipping box or inside the Styrofoam® container.  Our wine and gift baskets can be personalized with a personal greeting only. On volume orders, we may be able to offer custom gift ribbon. Please call or email us for details.
